We are committed to making the HR & OMS platform and its public website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Structured, semantic HTML with landmark regions and heading hierarchy for screen readers
- Visible keyboard focus indicators and full keyboard operability — no mouse-only interactions
- A "skip to main content" link on every page
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive controls
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
- Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" preference
