What it does

A virtual, always-up-to-date ID card generated automatically from the employee's own record and photo.

How to use it

1. Open any employee's profile and go to the ID Card tab.
2. The card renders automatically from their photo, name, position, and RFID card number — no separate design step.
3. Download or print it directly, or let employees view their own digital card from My Profile.
